We are designed to be your home away from home with lots of ways to meet and surpass your fitness and health goals. Work hard and play hard with us in our various group fitness classes including cross-training classes, yoga classes such as Yoga-Pilates, barre classes, a TRX workout program, and our three times a year BRIK womens boot camps.

If your goal is triathlon training, we offer that too. Our triathlon workout programs are 10-week sessions incorporating swimming, biking, and running whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete looking to improve your time. We also focus on other important areas of health with our Kaia FIT nutrition programs.
